Located in the heart of Santa Monica’s Main Street, this international headquarters for an animation studio resides in an existing building with unique structural traits. The interior has been reimagined to cater to its new use, while adding qualities of sectional cohesion through the addition of semi-transparent planes, the folding ceiling of the corner retail space, and color coded circulation corridors.
