A nationally renowned production company approached us to design their headquarters. Perched above Sunset Boulevard, the abandoned property that had housed the original Spago Restaurant posed the perfect location for their offices. Both the history of the building and its placement on the hillside above a busy intersection afforded the company the identity it desired.
We performed a concept study of the existing structure and its potential design before the project was eventually abandoned by the client.
